How hard is this? I broke BOTH this weekend on the inner side of the shaft.

Do they press onto the rear differential or does the retention ring for the inner boot hold it on? The outside is easier - cotter pin and bolt.

Thanks!

Go with Gorilla axles if you think this may be an issue in the future. I have broken 5-6 axles/CV's on my stock 650 XT. I have Gorilla's on all 4 corners now. I have broken a Gorilla, but I was really givin' it hell when it happened.

Are you guys doing alot of jumping? Just curious why so many axles breaking?
Not one single time was I jumping, or anything close to jumping. Everytime I broke I was trail riding in low gear and 4wd. If you every get transversed over a ditch and hammer it, you will break one. I even snapped the shaft a few times. The Gorilla I broke snapped just inside the inner spline. They replaced it no questions asked. AC never replaced anything. I popped the CV and the boot tore as a result. they told me tough sh*t since the boot was tore. I have all Gorilla axles and am happy, I'm just waiting for the diffs to explode or something now. It's always something with these things.

Who did you get your Gorilla Axles from? Do you go right to Gorilla?
And are they exspensive for the cat?

I do run gorilla on all four corners of my Rhino, and I would like to get them for my XTZ 1000

Sorry for all the questions just stuff i am gonna need.
