Setting the toe

I just replaced tie rod nuts and figured I would check the alingment. What is everyone setting there toe at?

I believe it is supposed to be 1/4 inch outwards \---/
Correct! The Service Manual, Sec 8-9 says:


NOTE: All measurements and adjustments must

be made with the vehicle unloaded.


Mark the center-line of the front tires at the front and
rear of the tire; then using a tape measure, measure and
record the distance between the marks at the front and
rear. The front measurement should be 6-12 mm
(1/4-1/2 in.) greater than the rear measurement
(toe-out).

Ok thanks guys. That is what I thought I saw on here somewere.

I set mine at 0 toe and it drives and handles much better,
