Headed out to bag a caribou in 1hr.
All loaded up and waiting for the boys to come load their machines.

I know I have a rzr but still got prowler blood.
And waiting for a 4 seater that will fit on the trail and not a mile long.

Wish me luck!

Will post pics if I get one.

No snack sticks or jerky from the caribou hunt.:(
Some years your luck some your not.

The caribou just were not in the area.
No real big herds just a few groups of 5-6 and lots of loners running around.
And anything close was cow or calf.

Tuesday did not even see 1 after lunch..
And we can glass 3 to 4 miles of terrain.

Heading out for moose now. That caribou hunt was only open for 2 days to motorized vehicles.

The moose hunt I will be out for 2 weeks.

Always a few more caribou hunts open during the winter.

So time to wash up re-supply and go back out into the woods!
